    My check didn’t arrive for week 8/23/2010 (EUC). I noticed a code number
    5057098-1. What does this mean?

    Thanks for the comment. Unfortunately I can’t be of much help without a few more details. I put up a post on claims being denied by NHES related to NH triggering off EB which might help.
